SoCal Pros markets local home-service categories and routes eligible inbound calls to participating contractors through SoCal Pros-controlled tracking numbers.
The Service is a lead-generation and call-routing service. SoCal Pros does not guarantee call volume, job awards, appointments, revenue, conversion rates, or any outcome from a call.
Calls are intended to be exclusive live calls. SoCal Pros does not intentionally sell the same routed live call to multiple contractors at the same time.
You are responsible for providing and keeping current accurate business information, including business name, contact details, forwarding phone number, licensed trade or service category, counties, service areas, and availability.
You represent that you are properly licensed, insured, authorized, and qualified to provide the services you accept through the Service, and that you will comply with all applicable laws, licensing rules, consumer-protection rules, advertising rules, and trade-specific requirements.
The Service uses prepaid call credits. Contractors buy credit blocks before call routing begins. Billable calls debit the contractor's credit balance at the applicable per-trade rate shown at checkout, in onboarding materials, or in account communications.
If auto-reload is enabled, you authorize SoCal Pros and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method when your balance falls below the applicable threshold or when you request more credits. You are responsible for keeping payment and billing information current.
Credits are for platform lead access only. Credits are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, interest-bearing funds, or a guarantee of any job, appointment, or customer relationship.
There is no long-term contract. You may stop buying credits or ask SoCal Pros to pause future routing at any time, subject to charges for billable calls already routed before the pause takes effect.
A call is billable only when every item in this checklist is true:
- Connected talk time is at least 90 seconds.
- The caller is unique for that contractor and trade during the prior 30 days.
- The requested work is inside the contractor's approved service area.
- The requested work matches the contractor's selected trade or service category.
- The caller is a live human seeking service, not spam, a robocall, or a misdial.
If any item is not true, the call is not billable or may be credited back after review under the dispute process below.
The following calls are not billable:
- Calls with less than 90 seconds of connected talk time.
- Duplicate callers within 30 days for the same contractor and trade.
- Calls requesting service outside the contractor's approved service area.
- Calls requesting a trade or service category the contractor has not selected.
- Spam, robocalls, abusive calls, misdials, wrong numbers, and non-service inquiries.
SoCal Pros does not bill the same contractor twice for the same caller within 30 days for the same trade. The duplicate window is measured per contractor and trade using caller phone number and other reasonably available call records.
If a caller uses a different number, blocked number, spoofed number, or another technical workaround, SoCal Pros will use reasonable judgment based on available information, but cannot guarantee perfect duplicate detection.
You are billed only for calls that match your approved trade and approved county, zip, or service area. You must tell SoCal Pros promptly if your service area, trade focus, license status, capacity, or forwarding number changes.
SoCal Pros may decline, pause, reroute, or credit calls when available records show the call was outside your approved area or trade.
All calls routed through the Service may be recorded. The active greeting is: "This call may be recorded for quality and training."
You consent to recording of calls routed through the Service and agree to ensure that anyone who answers calls for your business, including employees, contractors, answering services, and call centers, knows that SoCal Pros-routed calls may be recorded.
Call recordings, connected talk time, routing metadata, and call records are the referee for billing disputes, duplicate-caller status, service-area match, trade match, and quality review, subject to obvious technical errors or legal requirements.
Calls proxy through SoCal Pros platform numbers. SoCal Pros may use number masking, call tracking, caller ID handling, forwarding numbers, and related routing tools to measure source, duration, quality, billing status, and duplicates.
You may not bypass or circumvent the platform by contacting homeowners off-platform for the purpose of avoiding SoCal Pros tracking, attribution, or billing. You may not ask callers to replace SoCal Pros tracking numbers, move initial contact to an untracked channel to avoid billing, scrape or misuse caller information, or interfere with call tracking, masking, metadata, or recordings.
If SoCal Pros reasonably determines that you attempted to circumvent the Service, SoCal Pros may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or forfeit unused credits to the extent permitted by law, charge for calls that would have been billable absent the circumvention, and pursue available remedies.
You have 3 business days from the call date to dispute a call. A dispute must include enough information for SoCal Pros to identify and review the call, such as call date, caller number if available, trade/category, reason for dispute, and relevant notes.
Valid dispute reasons include under-90-second calls, duplicate callers within 30 days for the same contractor and trade, out-of-area calls, wrong-trade calls, spam, robocalls, misdials, wrong numbers, or non-service inquiries.
The call recording is the referee. If SoCal Pros approves a dispute, the applicable call charge will be credited back to your prepaid balance. Calls not disputed within 3 business days are deemed accepted and billable.
You are solely responsible for communications with callers after the call is routed, including scheduling, estimates, contracting, work performance, warranties, collections, safety, and legal compliance.
SoCal Pros is not a party to any agreement between you and a caller and is not responsible for any services you provide or fail to provide.
SoCal Pros may update trade categories, county availability, routing logic, pricing, call-screening criteria, dispute procedures, credit packages, and these Terms. Price changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
You may ask SoCal Pros to pause or cancel future call routing at any time. You remain responsible for billable calls routed before cancellation or pause takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try to resolve disputes informally and in good faith.
