How to Read These Numbers

Cost Per Booked Job

Call rate ÷ close rate. If you pay $65/call and close 25% of calls, each job costs you $260 in lead spend — before labor and materials.

ROI Multiple

Job revenue ÷ cost per booked job. A 5× ROI means every $1 in lead spend returns $5. Most contractors target 3× or better.

Break-Even Close Rate

The minimum close rate you need to recoup your lead spend. If your real close rate is above this number, you're profitable on leads.

Per-Call Rate

What SoCal Pros charges per call that lasts ≥90 seconds. Rates vary by trade: higher-value trades (water damage) cost more per call, but the ROI is typically stronger.
